      Pawticular Pups Online.com was inspired by our Yorkies, Bayleigh, Jazmin, Kandi, Sophie, & CAMO.  Since they were so special to us we felt their pet wardrobe and accessories should be outstanding as well but we could never seem to find anything without searching everywhere. 

Pawticular Pups Online.com is not a full service pet store, it is an internet based business for the particular fashion minded pets and their owners.  It is limited to a small selection of “boutique type” items, all of which we believe adhere to high quality standards and are appropriate for even the most pampered of pups.  We pride ourselves on quality and personal service and strive to function, in essence, as a neighborhood boutique, simply online.

If you are looking for something unique and special for your little fur baby then this is the site for you.  We started this business so that others could find quality, fashionable pet apparel and accessories for their pets at affordable prices.  You will find new puppy items, birthday items, treats, and cards for all occasions (edible cards for dogs), apparel for both boys and girls, bling, bows, spa items, gifts, beds/carriers, car seats and harnesses, toys and more.

Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best products, in the correct size and in a timely fashion.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to send us an email.  We will respond as quickly as possible.

Should you become dissatisfied with an item for any reason, please  return the item to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of delivery for  an exchange.  Returned item(s) must be in the original packaging with all the original attachments and in the same brand new condition as received from the manufacturer. Pawticularpupsonline.com reserves the right to determine the condition of the returned item and any returned item considered to be less than brand new will not be accepted. Any item altered or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.   

All returns must be insured and shipped with a delivery confirmation tracking number. Pawticularpupsonline.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. Any reshipping fee for returned items by delivery service as incorrect address or undeliverable is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend our customers to measure their dogs for accurate sizing or email or call us for more sizing information because all customers will be limited to one exchange per item. If an item is exchanged more than one time, a $20.00 exchange fee will be charged to the customer for each additional exchange. Due to health concerns, all pet beds, pet carriers, and pet furniture are NON-RETURNABLE for any reason aside from manufacturer defect. All custom items, made-to-order items, special orders, final sales, and clearance items are NON-RETURNABLE.  We do not give refunds for any reason aside for manufacturer defect.

Shipping Information

We make every effort to get your order out the next business day, but all approved orders and in stock orders are shipped within 3 business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays  Should an item be temporally out of stock we will contact you to see if you would like to wait for the item to come in or change your order.   We use USPS Priority shipping with delivery confirmation.
